Shiraclub's subtitles finally make the second-floor scene intelligible — and somehow that's worse. The cleanest translation of a Shiraishi feature I've read.

Why this translation took as long as it did.
Kōji Shiraishi presents the usual problem of the genre: most of what matters is said quickly, off-mic, in regional speech, and the only circulating versions are machine-translated rips that flatten it into nonsense. Our pass on this file went through three drafts and two dialect consultants before we were willing to publish.
